In order to make the Monroe Soccer Club an "Open" club with fair representation by all teams, parents and players, it's necessary to continually recruit new participants and to encourage their active membership on both our executive and service boards, such as Equipment Manager and Assistants for Field Coordinator, Planning Director, and several other key board positions. In addition, there are many non-board positions such as, assistance with lining field's and coordination of our Soccer Camp etc.
