Please be advised that there are no pets permitted at any of the Monroe fields. This includes all town park fields as well as school fields. Additionally, there are no rest room facilities at the school fields.
Field Directions - Chalk Hill Middle School
From I95: In Bridgeport, take exit 27A for connector for Route 25 North (towards Danbury). At end of connector, turn right onto Route 111 North.
From Merritt exit 49: Route 25 North (towards Danbury). At end of connector, take right onto Route 111 North.
Drive approx. 2 miles on Rte. 111 to 4-way intersection (banks, Dunkin' Donuts, small shopping areas). At light take left onto Elm. Continue straight on Elm. At bottom of hill, Elm merges with Fan Hill Rd. Continue straight on Fan Hill and through stop sign marking intersection with Jockey Hollow Rd. Stay on Fan Hill. You'll pass an elementary school on the left. Chalk Hill MS follows on the left. Fields are in the rear.
From I84 exit 11: Right at end of ramp and next right onto Route 34 East/South. You'll only travel 0.2 miles on Route 34 when you reach a light. Veer right (straight) at light onto Toddy Hill Rd. Drive approx. 3 miles on toddy Hill and take a left onto High Bridge Rd. Go approximately 1 mile. Road will split - veer right onto Fan Hill Rd. Travel about 1.4 miles. Chalk Hill MS on right. Fields in rear.
From Route 25 South: Follow Route 25 South just past Sand Hill Shopping Center (Stop & Shop). At the light, take a left onto Botsford Hill Rd. Follow under railroad bridge and around sharp curve. Take the next right onto High Bridge Rd. Follow for about 1 mile. Road will split - veer right onto Fan Hill Rd. Travel approximately 1.4 miles. Chalk Hill MS on right. Fields in rear.

Field Directions - Great Hollow Lake
From I95: In Bridgeport, take exit 27A for connector for Route 25 North (towards Danbury).
From Merritt exit 49: Route 25 North (towards Danbury).
Continue past intersection for Route 111 North. Drive about 1.5 miles from intersection and take right onto Old Newtown Rd. - just after Duchess. Continue straight at stop and veer sharply to right up hill at next intersection (Purdy Hill). Once on Purdy Hill, drive 0.5 miles. Take left onto Doc Silverston Rd. (Great Hollow Lake entrance). Continue to end of road - past lake to parking lot. Fields to rear of parking lot.
Route 25 South: Follow Route 25 South through Newtown and past intersection for Route 59 in Stepney. Continue a few miles and take a left at light in shopping area onto Purdy Hill Rd. (just before Duchess). As road splits, veer right up hill. Once on Purdy Hill, drive 0.5 miles. Take left onto Doc Silverston Rd. (Great Hollow Lake entrance). Continue to end of road - past lake to parking lot. Fields to rear of parking lot.

Veer right (straight) at light onto Toddy Hill Rd. Drive about 3/5 miles to the end of Toddy Hill (under railroad bridge) and take a left at light onto Route 25 South. Continue about 4.5 miles into a shopping district and take left at light (before Duchess) onto Purdy Hill Rd. As road splits, veer right up hill. Once on Purdy Hill, drive 0.5 miles. Take left onto Doc Silverston Rd. (Great Hollow Lake entrance). Continue to end of road - past lake to parking lot. Fields to rear of parking lot.

Field Directions - Wolfe Park
From I95: In Bridgeport, take exit 27A for connector for Route 25 North (towards Danbury).
From Merritt exit 49: Route 25 North (towards Danbury).
Continue past intersection for Route 111 North for just over ½ mile and take right onto Spring Hill Rd. Go approx. 0.5 miles and take left onto Cutler’s Farm Rd. Wolfe Park is approx. 1.9 miles on the left.
Route 25 South: Follow Route 25 South just past Sand Hill Shopping Center (Stop & Shop). At next light, take a left onto Botsford Hill Rd. Follow under railroad bridge and around sharp curve. Take the next right onto High Bridge Rd. Follow for approx. 1 mile. Road will split - veer right onto Fan Hill Rd. Travel approx. 3.4 miles and go straight through stop sign marking intersection with Jockey Hollow Rd. Road will "V" as it continues up hill. Veer right onto Elm. St. and travel approximately 2 miles to intersection of Cross Highway. Take right at stop onto Cross Highway. Drive approximately 0.8 miles and take a right onto Cutler's Farm Rd. The parking lot for Wolfe Park is on the left.
